TrueID Assistance at American Job Centers - Unemployment Insurance
If you are unable to complete the TrueID process online, you can bring your ID to one of the following American Job Center (AJC) locations in Maryland. At the AJC, a staff member will assist you in completing the TrueID Process. (Please note, the AJC staff member can only assist you in completing the TrueID process; they cannot approve your identity verification themselves nor assist with any adjudication issues on your claim on site.)
If you visit an AJC for assistance with the TrueID process, please remember to bring your identification with you to the location. You will need a valid (not expired) driver’s license, a state-issued ID card (from any U.S. state), or a passport book or card (from any country).
