Notice of Final Action
On October 31, 2013, the Board for Professional Land Surveyors adopted amendments to Regulation
.03 under COMAR 09.13.05 Fees. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 40:17 Md. R. 1429—1430 (August 23, 2013), has been
adopted with the nonsubstantive changes shown below.
Effective Date: November 25, 2013.
Attorney General's Certification
In accordance with State Government Article, §10-113, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Attorney General certifies that the following changes do not
differ substantively from the proposed text. The nature of the changes and the basis for this conclusion are as follows:
Regulation .03B(2): The examination fee of $260 was changed to $250 because of a revised schedule of fees provided by NCEES, which administers the
examinations, subsequent to the date of the proposal. The reduction of $10 in the amount of the fee is not a substantive change to the proposed text.
