State offices and all DLLR physical locations will be closed to the public May 24th through May 27th, 2012.
However, Unemployment Insurance telephone and Web operations WILL be available on Friday, May 24th.

Changes to 09.11.01.11 – Instructions in Real Estate Principles and Practices for Salespersons – were finalized 2/18/2013. Applicants for the salesperson exam who completed the 60-hour course on or after 3/1/2013 must pass both portions of the exam within 1 year of course completion. Students who completed the pre-licensing course prior to 3/1/2013 have until 8/31/2013 to pass both portions. An applicant who does not meet the deadline must complete a new pre-licensing course in order to be eligible to take or retake the exam. |
