07-AR-05 Marc Harris was fined $5,000 for violating Section 3-603 practicing without a license. (3/26/08)

06-AR-06 Paul Botzler consented to follow the requirements of Section 3-103 and not sign and seal architectural drawings with a professional engineer's license. (6/27/07)

06-AR-03 Sunday Ojigbo consented to a civil penalty of $250 for violating Section 3-603 practicing without a license. (2/28/07)

06-AR-01 Christopher Patete consented to a civil penalty of $5,000 for violating Section 3-604 misrepresenting that a business may provide architectural services. (12/20/06)

05-AR-06 Timothy Fennel consented to a civil penalty of $7,500 for violating Section 3-601, 602, 603, 604 for practicing architecture without a license. (3/22/06)

02- AR-13 - Darren D. Comedy was fined $20,000 for violation of §§3-601, 3-602, 3-603 and 3-604 for practicing architecture without a license, misrepresentation and providing architectural services without a permit. The facts stated that Mr. Comedy stole the license number of another architect and affixed a fraudulent seal on numerous drawings intended for churches, day care centers and other public use facilities. 02-AR-09 - Daniel Wiechert consented to a fine of $750.00 for violation of §3-604(a) by misrepresenting that he offered architectural services through an authorized firm. (9/25/02)

02-AR-08 - Steven L. Biegel consented to a two year suspension of his license (5/23/02 to 5/22/04) under Section 3-311 having admitted to being convicted of the felony of Mail Fraud and Aiding and Abetting the Commitment of Felonies. (11/25/02)

00-AR- 03 - Brian M. Hawkins was fined $3,000 for violation of §§3-601, 3-603 and 3-604 for offering architectural services on a church project without a license or a permit. (5/24/00)
